The SANCERRE RED WINE AOC 2018 comes exclusively from the Pinot Noir variety cultivated on a 2.15 hectares area on chalky clay soils. This vintage obtained the "TERRA VITIS" certification.

Two third of the harvest are aged in new oak casks in which they made their malo lactic fermentation. Then they are fined with gelatin before being filtered.
The bottling is done twelve months following the harvest.
