Dear Customers,
The vintage 2009 is above all the award of the work made all year long (grass cover crop, pruning control, disbudding, green harvest).
These rules which are restricting but useful had helped us to cultivate a healthy and good quality harvest by respecting the environment.
2009 has been marked by a capricious weather.
After a long but mild winter and a cool spring, May arrived by rumbling.
This month has been marked by dangerous storming but temperatures had progressively increased.
This medium summer have fortunately been replaced by a hot and dry weather at the middle of August.
This shiny weather has generously benefited to the grapes.
Harvest began the 23 th september with ideal climatic conditions all harvest long which let us cultivate each plots at a full maturity.
So 2009 gave rhythm by some climatic ups and downs which demand us vigilance.
Our attention has been rewarded.
Whites are very fruity, fresh aromatic and well-balanced. Reds have a nice colour of ruby, structured with soft tannins. As for Rose wine, they are fruity and well-balanced.
