Our vineyard is situated on the hillsides of Bué, these brought fame to the village since longtime, as « Caillotes » (lumps of limestone), at Chemarin, Clos d’Ervocs, la Moussière; as Terres Blanches (white, chalky soils) at Venoize.
We are working in rational control: the vineyard is maintained with central putting under grass and work under ceps, which let to control erosion, production of plots and elimination of residues.
To obtain fine wines, we make different works: control of pruning, disbudding, green harvest and thinning. All these works let to our ceps to give us an optimum quality.
The grapes are partly picked by hand and partly by machine, the vinification observes the criterions of modern oenology.
